What are my options?
Our rental cabins come in all sizes. Our best renter is our 10m x 3.6m deluxe two-bedroom unit with a bathroom. Our high-quality units are built to the New Zealand Building code by registered builders. The units are fully insulated and double glazed to make them cosy in winter and cool in summer. They all come with a neutral white and grey decor, carpeted and painted, making them very adaptable to whatever accommodation need you have. They’re all ready to be connected to the utilities at your site. The minimum rental period is one year plus delivery.

What do I need to do before my cabin arrives?
Firstly, you need written consent from the landowner to situate your cabin there. Also, it’s important to check with your local council to see if there are any permissions you need to obtain for your specific site. If you’re connecting your cabin to power and water, we require you to have a 16amp caravan connection and a garden hose on site. If you would like to plumb a toilet in, you’ll need to employ a qualified drain layer to connect to the relevant wastewater facilities. Lastly, to enable the delivery of your transportable cabin, your site will need a minimum of 4m wide and 4.5m high clearance. If it’s a sloping section, then you might also need to get it levelled first. Further details can be found on our FAQ page.
