Units to rent – whether you need a tiny home, a sleepout for teenage kids or visiting relatives, somewhere to stay while you are doing a long-term building project, a work from the home office, student or granny flat we have a self-contained solution for hire.

Our high-quality units are built off-site at our factory to the New Zealand building code using materials from NZ suppliers. All the cabins are made from strong framing and flooring and are fully insulated and double-glazed. A colour steel roof completes the weather tightness. Inside all cabins are painted and carpeted in a contemporary style. They can be easily connected to the existing power and water supply at your property. Your chosen unit will be delivered to your section and our team will site it for you.

We have units in a range of sizes to suit singles, couples and families, including studios and units with separate bedrooms. Our images include sample floor plans, but some of the layouts of the unit you rent may vary slightly.

Please note: We do not include the furnishings with our units to rent. We measure the rental units from the exterior wall of the unit. Layouts and cabinetry can differ between units and from photos on this site.

New units are available from time to time – price is on application.

Bond: A minimum of a $1000 bond will apply.
